Stretching and conditioning are essential to enhance ballet training and overall physical well-being. These sessions are fully customized to address individual needs, imbalances, and goals, whether improving flexibility, strength, or body awareness.

Masha includes 15–30 minutes of stretching and conditioning into every lesson. Upon request, lessons can focus fully on stretching and strengthening.

Form-fitting clothes, ballet slippers or socks, and a yoga mat are recommended for all stretching & conditioning exercises and lessons.
